Maybe you need someone who is really good at maths and would like to help you.
It is so diffcult for you to learn by only looking at the useless books.
Asking is the most useful way for you to learning maths.

the main point of that you can't understand the rule of algebraic equations is you have not find the method to handle them. First time you find the method. Although you are facing the equation which is more harder than the equation you are facing now, it is not an problem anymore.
